Clementine's Restaurant

I was craving a taste of that New Orleans flavor for my birthday (minus the plane ticket and hotel cost). This restaurant is just about as close as it gets! Every dish was seasoned and had its own delicious vibe. And if you’re undecided on dessert, get the butter cake! It came out hot and crumbly with a graham cracker gelato 🤤 — also; check out all the quirky bathrooms!

Everything was great, but we were scolded for being late for our reservation, which was actually sort of funny because I felt like I was being reprimanded by the principal in Back to the Future. I was not offended. We *were* late. Great atmosphere. Great server. Interesting decor (loved it!). Amazing, incredible food. 10/10 recommend.

Decent but not great food. The wait staff is good, but I'm thinking there's a lot of rules by the owner? Appetizers must be ordered at the same time as dinner. We asked for some more bread but were told that they were out. Out of bread at 6:30 on Saturday night? This was my first return in quite some time, owing to being rushed off of our table on our last visit. A complaint about restaurants in general: There was not a line and a few open tables. So, why is it that the staff has a penchant for clearing off the table (some finish ahead of others) of empty plates whilst others are still eating? It's a fine line granted, but let the table enjoy the meal and stop making us feel like you want us to leave. I'll have to try it again at some point?

Outstanding service. Super friendly and focused on your experience there. The decor is just awesome. Super relaxing. Portions are huge…well worth the cost. And the food….everything we had was amazing. Blackened Tuna, Blackened Catfish, Eggplant and a Filet special. Desert was also very good…..try the Buttercake. You will be sad if you don’t.

Clementine's Restaurant is amazing. I went there with a bunch of my cousins. We used the outdoor seating. There's a pandemic after all. The menu has lots of great stuff. We ordered some fried oysters, Caesar salad,, and caprese salad with shrimp to share. The portions were certainly big enough to share. And they were excellent. I selected the salmon on a bed of sautéed spinach with a side of mashed potatoes. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Normally, I finish my meals, but this was so big a portion that I couldn't finish it. I did take a taste of my cousin's steak. It was much better than I expected. Our server was friendly, helpful a efficient. This restaurant is so good that you should eat here any time you find yourself within fifty miles of Clementine's Restaurant. You'll be glad you did.

incredible and wonderful restaurant with a taste of New Orleans in Avon. We have been wanting to come here for a while but timing was always off. Now we finally made it and very happy we did. There are three rooms for dining each with unique decorations on the wall. That in and of itself make for a different dinning experience. Then the food. We first split a salad which was delicious. Then blackened tuna and blackened catfish. Add on the hush puppies. Awesome dinners. But we were not done. Go for desert, espresso and cappuccino. Good service. Just makes for an excellent experience for dinner. Definitely on on the revisit list.
